Q:Dose your company make mould by yourself?
A: Yes. We are manufacuturer with about the decade of molding expience.
Q:How many kind of moulds can you make? Only make the moulds?
A: We can make many kinds of moulds, such as Plastic Injection Mold & Molding, Die casting mold forming, Massive & Pre Production Runs, Rapid Prototyping, Prototype Mold & Molding, Single and Multiple Cavity Molds with Cold, Hot to Cold, Hot Runner Manifold System, Bi-color Mold and Over-mold, Spare Tooling and Precision Machining, Product assembling. Besides, we also can produce the final parts for you.
Q:What’s the software your will use to check the drawing? And what’s the format of drawing your can check?
A:Our designers and engineers all use AUTO CAD and soliworks sofeware to check 2D and 3D drawings.
We can check the drawing with PDF, AI, DWG(3D), and STP(3D) or IGS(3D) formats.
Q:How to pack the moulds and products?
A:For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack into non-fumigation wooden case.
And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer’s requirement to pack.
Q:Can your provide the installation service?
A:We will assemble and test the machine before packing, we provide installation guide. We will senf one engineer for assembling and training workers if customers need.
Q:Will you send us the free sample?
A:Yes. But you should charge the freight by yourself. We can return the fee if you place a bulk order.
