1. How Can I make our design in your company? and how long it spends regularly?

     Usually we need your design 3D documents with detail dimensions, or you can send us the sample, we can measure it.  Also we spend about 25~30days to finish the sucess steel mold from the 3D document.

2.  What fee we should pay to your factory if we do our OEM logo?

      As you known, to print the logo on the plastic euro hook for boxes, we should make a new mold also, so it has the same fee as making a new plastic hanger.

       It always spends 4500~5000 USD on one design. But we should refund to you if your order quantity is up to 200 million.           

       Sometimes we have the prmotion season, the cost will be low, so pls contact us if you really want to make your design. Our factory is warmly welcome your creative design for your plastic hanger. 

3. What is PE, what is PP?  Why it has two kinds of marterial in your plastic euro hook?

     PE is Polyethylene, PP is Polypropylene, they are both used to make some water bottle, and food-grade plastic products if they has the safety certificates. PE is harder than PP, so we usually use it to make the bottom of the plastic hanger, while PP is softer a bit to make the hande belt.   Luckly, all of our raw material has the safety certificates. 4. What we can do if you join us?

  In the past 10 years, we have seen the plastic products around the world and all of our life, but the recycle duty is too long so that some plastic product has became a waste to our environment and our ocean. so in next 5~10years, we are researching a new material, which can degrade very fast, and no toxic to us. We believe if you with us go to do it, we can move it more faster.
