4. About Shipping

 We mainly deliver the goods via three ways.

 (1) Express Shipping  door to door service, fit for small order.

 (2) Ocean Shipping    needs to take the goods by yourself, fit for big order.

 (3) Air Shipping         needs to take the goods by yourself, fit for small order.

 

We have shipping agents of long term cooperation. They could offer discounts of express companies such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, China Post Air Parcel and EMS.

 

If shipping by express or air, it takes 4 to 7 days, depends on your mailing address.

If shipping by China Post or EMS, the shipping time depends on your mailing address.

If shipping by ocean, the shipping time depends on your destination port.

 

We will roughly estimate the packing size of your goods after getting your order list and delivery address, then we’ll inquire our forwarding agent the shipping cost to your address. The shipping cost depends on the packing size of client’s order and delivery address. If you prefer to use your own forwarder to handle your delivery, please let us know in advance. Thanks!

 

We will check carefully the items you order 3 times before shipping. And we will also keep you aware of the shipment tracking. 

 

 

5. About Stock

Most items on our catalogs have stock. But because we have large shipments everyday, the stock runs fast. Plus there is time difference from you placing order to we receive your payment, so there may be a fraction of items you order is out of stock or the stock quantity is not enough for your order quantity temporarily, we need time to manufacture.

 

For small quantity orders, if the stockout happens, we will communicate with you in advance and seek your advice for the replacement. After getting your agrement on the replaced items, we will check carefully the items you order 3 times and send out to you.

 

For large quantity orders, if the stockout happens, we will confirm with you about the lead time before you placing order.
