Q1:What’s the MOQ?
A1: Normally it’s 500pcs, meanwhile, we can accept lower qty for trial order. You can contact us for details.
Q2: Can I get the samples?
A2: Of course. For existing model, we can provide 1-2 free samples. But for customized samples, we will charge sample cost accordingly. Sample cost is refundable when order is up to certain value. We usually send samples through FEDEX,DHL, UPS or TNT, freight cost will be absorbed by customer.
Q3: How long is sample lead time?
A3:For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new screen printing, etc.
Q4:How long is the production lead time?
A4: Normally, it is 15-25 days. it differs a little during peak season and low season. We will confirm you exact delivery time when you place order to us.
Q5: Is OEM & ODM accepted?
A5: Yes, OEM&ODM is highly welcomed.
Q6: What’s your payment term?
