 coating. This product has the characteristic of quick drying,dense paint film, strong adhesion, water proof, damp and hot resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, etc. The lens produced with this product will not have the phenomenon of film side damage or loss when cutting, edge grinding or punching. The packing of the products have two specifications of 250 kg/barrel and 25 kg/barrel.

Instructions

1. Before using, please completely stir teh paint in oridinal barrels, and the add solvent to dilute,continue stirring, until the paint viscosity is uniform(suggested that the stirring speed is 50 to 100r/min,and the stirring time is more than 2 hours). To eliminate air bubbles, it should stand for around 1 hour after stirring.

2. Pour the paint into pint tnk after filtering with more than 120 mesh filter screen. In the process of construction of the paint delivery link, recommend filtering the paint with 200 mesh cylinder filter to keep the paint fineness.

3. Install 120 mesh filter bag on the export of return pipe and thepaint entrance bove the groove of spray paint machine, in order to prevent debris like the dust chip and glass into the paint tool and partly eliminate the paint bubbles at the same time.

4. Addsolvent to the paint tank with the way of adding drop by drop in the process of constructiom to keep the paint suitable construction viscosity.

5. Timely supplement paint in the production process to keep the paint tank nearly full state and avoid the air bubbles from backflow paint sucked by the pump.

6. Adjust the overflow outlet flow of the paint and make the overflow quantity of the groove as small as possible to reduce bubbles produced by overflow impact.

7. When the mirror is applied primer curtain shower, plate temperature should be in 55~60*C, priming paint viscosity is 25~50 seconds(4 cups, 23*C), drying temperature is about 100*C temperature(plate), the baking time is 2~3 minutes, and then cooled to 50~60*C. The thickness of priming paint dry film shall not be more than 30 um.

8. Before stacked, the mirror should be ensured sufficient dry, and its temperature should be dropped to below 35*C.
