Manufacturing Process
Step 1. Yarn Ready
Preparing the fiber available for the tufting process.
Step 2. Stitching&Tufting
Stitched in the backing cloth of the product.
Step 3. Gumming
Polyurethane or SBR latex is put on the backing to fix grass piles.
Step 4. Drying
The artificial turf is then placed under heat lamps to cure the PU or latex.
Step 5. Punching
Small holes are punched into the grass carpet for drainage.
Step 6. Rolling
Rolled into customer demands’ length and package.
