Turkuaz Tekstil was founded by Mr. Nihat Zeybekci in 1994 and started with WEAVING and CONFECTION of terry towels and bathrobes. In order to fulfill the increasing demand and to control all production steps, Turkuaz Tekstil opened its own embroidery house, Turkar Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S, with the latest technologies and equipment in 2005.
These new investments enabled Turkuaz Tekstil to become a vertical integrated production facility and to control all production steps while increasing its flexibility, on productivity and quality.
Under its 13.500 m2 covered main building area, Turkuaz Textile Group has 290 employees.
Turkuaz Tekstil is exporting its whole production mainly to USA, England, Japan, Italy, Spain, Greece, France, Germany, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland.

Turkuaz Textile is a fully integrated towel and bathrobe manufacturer.
Our production lines and machines are updated with the latest technological developments.
Currently our weaving department contains 8 electronic dobby and 10 electronic jacquard looms. The capacity reaches 80 tons/per month, of which 50 % are towels and 50 % bathrobes.
In our 4-line bathrobes confection and 2-line towels confection department; we can produce 80 tons of towels and 50.000 pieces of bathrobes per month.
Our embroidery department enables us to produce embroideries and appliques with up to 9 colours. Currently we are equipped with 3 of 15-head embroidery machines and 2 of 18-head embroidery machines and 1 sample processing machine.

In all of our production stages, we ensure not to use any hazardous chemicals in an environmentally sensitive manner. In our production; we only use raw materials, accessories and packaging materials with an OEKO-TEX 100 certificate.
We have received the IMO-GOTS certificate in order to present our modernly designed %100 cotton products which are harmless to human health.
