Sure, customers’ logo can be made by laser, printing etc. 

2. Should I pay extra for logo printing?

Yes,according to the actual situation

3. How about the quality?

Have acquired the CE & ROSH Certification. 100% QC in produce process and before the goods

being packed up.

4. Could I buy 1pc sample first and small order?

Of course, we support sample order and small order, especially for new customers under certain condition.

5. How much for 1pc sample?

8. Is the sample fee refundable or not?

Sure, refundable once the regular order is confirmed

9. What certificate do you have?

We have the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certificate, BSCI and CE, ROSH certification for the products.

10.If I want to visit your factory, which is the nearest international airport or  domestic airport?

Yiwu airport is the nearest airport, or Hangzhou airport is ok.

11. What is your delivery date?

It depends. Normally, 20-30 days after received the deposit and confirmed all the details.

12. What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?

Usually, T/T 30% deposit to start production, the balance paid upon copy of B/L.
