what is the gsm?

  A:The description says it’s 500-gram weight. I’m pretty sure they mean 500 gsm, which would make this heavier weight than most baby towels. It definitely is a nicer towel than most others I’ve seen

2.I have purchased the shark style towel for my 19 months old toddler. The towel is made with 100% cotton and it absorbs water well. The towel is very soft and the color does not fade away after the first wash. The hooded towel with buttons on both side made the towel stay securely on my toddler when he moves around. 4.I love this hooded towel ,but more importantly my 2 year old daughter loves it! I got the duck design, and it is absolutely adorable with the duck face, and little tuft of hair sticking up from it. It is very thick and soft on her skin. I have other hooded towels that I bought before this one, but they are all very thin material. The stitching is excellent all the way around this towel, and it has held up great even after repeated washes. She loves to put this on after her bath, and gets excited when she sees it. It is huge as well. It is 35″X35″, and I am able to wrap up her whole body in it after she is done. I love the fact that it is made out of 100% all natural cotton, and is hypoallergenic. It says it will fit up to age 5, and I believe it will, as she still has a lot of room in it. I like the fact that she will still be able to use it for several more years. I love everything about this towel, and would definitely recommend it. It would be a perfect gift for a baby shower, or someone who has a baby or toddler.

Seems delicate to wash and at first, therefore in the beginning I followed the indications… now I honestly always throw it in the washer and also in the dryer… have done it plenty of times so far, and the lady bug is holding up pretty nicely. So: durable and does not get ruined, nor looses color. Very well done.

Oh, it all girls model  but it could be misleading, also seeing the pictures… you might think this towel is only for babies and for girls. Not true!!!! First of all it is not a baby towel but suitable for kids up to 5-6 years (depending on their height). And it is UNISEX! Each design could be great for boys as well as for girls. We really love this.

5.Many baby hooded towels that I came across were either too thin, too rough, or not 100% cotton. Some a great percentage of polyester in their fabric which makes it not absorbent, don’t know why they’ll use that as a main material in a towel. This hooded baby towel is what I have been looking for. It is thicker than most baby towels, very soft, 100% cotton, nicely stitched, and has a very cute design! Very absorbent since it is 100% cotton and it feels like a very good quality cotton since it is so soft. I like over-sized towel myself so I would like my baby to have a over-sized towel as well, nice to be wrapped around with a big, soft towel after shower~ Mine measures around 34 x 34, big enough for my baby. I would want one for myself too if they come in adult size. 🙂

 1.I was surprised how large this towel looks unfolded. It can be used for not only babies, but kids up to 2-3 years old. There’s a nice hood that has cotton underneath that keeps the head dry and makes the kid look cute in the mirror with the bear face design on the exterior of the hood. There’s a soft cushioned mouth with a nose and pair of eyes. There are even ear flaps that stick out a little too. Kids find this adorable.

The cotton on this towel feels very good to rub against. This is necessary to keep the baby less irritated when being dried up after a bath.

The towel has stitching on both the front and back. I would like to see double layering of stitching along the edges as some baby products that I’ve seen recently for washcloths and bibs offer that for better protection, so I suggest that as an improvement.

3.I just got this towel for my duck loving little boy; he’s 22 months and starting to outgrow all those baby towels. The towel arrived beautifully packaged, as other reviewers have noted. However, since it’s not a gift, I’m more concerned about how it will feel for my toddler. The towel is supersoft, seems to be absorbent, and has held up through a couple washes beautifully. I love the size; he has plenty of room to get snuggly wrapped up in it. And to top it all off, the ducky itself is adorable
