Question 1:	How to get a  quick quotation and start business relationship with your company?
Answer:	Try to send us an detail email incl.  the mateiral, product size, qty, surface treatment and package etc.   ( as well as your name of company, other instant contact like skype or else etc.)     But no offer full price list of production lines.
Question 2:	How to start a customize project with your company?
Answer:	Please send us your design drawings (PDF or AI format) or original samples so that we can offer quotation list first  before sampling.  No 3D file,if you send,try version of Rhinoceros 4.0.
Question 3	What’s your MOQ?
Answer:	The MOQ depends on the design and production processes of the products. For the majority of our items (bathroom sets,etc), our MOQ is 1000 pieces.  Smaller qty ( 800, 600pcs ) accepted,but higher cost and longer delivery time.
Question 4	What types of payment terms do you accept?
Answer:	We accept  T/T (30% deposit to confirm order and balance before shipment),paypal for small amount (less than 2000USD), irrevocable L/C at sight more than 30,000USD  But 100% TT if order amount less than 3000USD.
Question 5	How long can I receive an order?
Answer:	That depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Normally, the lead time is about 35-45 days for available molds,50-60days after sample confirmed for customized project.   But we can discuss others ways to fast the production,adding more cost ,overtime if urgent.
Question 6	Are you a manufacturer/factory or trader?
Answer:	We are a manufacturer/factory with our sales department. But We are able to help to source some wood,metal,plastic etc. accessories which combined with our items.
