A family-owned business since 1982, we’re a group of vertically integrated designers who design thermoform of light gauge rigid plastic packaging with our in-house extrusion facility. At Vytra, we believe our success is measured by our customer’s success which is why we design and produce plastic packaging that boost sales, yet ensure the safety. By doing so, it balances the functional with the aesthetic.
1.What is your minimum orders?
Our minimum order on stock items is one shipping container at which it can be made up of one item or a mixture of any of our product lines. The minimum order quantities vary on types and sizes of the differential product, for most products may require a longer period of time. Kindly contact us for your require MOQ’s.
2.What are your lead time delivery?
We provide worldwide shipping except for some countries. Our standard lead times on generic stock items are 15 to 30 working days. If your order is time sensitive, check with us to ensure prompt delivery. However in case of emergency, we are able to provide expertise delivery but this may incur additional costs.
3.Can I acquire samples?
Yes, we will be more than happy to send you all of the samples required by you but the shipping cost will be borne by you.
4.Can I request on different packing units?
We understand the need of special packaging design and units but this will not be a problem for us. We will work out the best solution for our client’s customize packaging.
5.What type of payment do you accept ?
We gladly accept Letter of Credit (LC), Western Union (WU) or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) at sight.
6.How is my order shipped ?
Regardless of whether your shipment is travelling by air, sea or road freight we will always provide you with information to inform you when your shipment is due to leave Malaysia, when it is due to arrive at the destination and any relevant transportation reference numbers.
