Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company? A1. We are manufacturer with 16 years abundant experience in curtain decor.
Q2: How to get a sample? A2. 1) In normal case, 30cm rods/tracks with accessories will be provided as free samples. 2) Shipping cost will be paid by customers. 3) Sample charges will be refunded when placing order.
Q3: How to pack the products? Can we customized? A3. Normal packing: each rod/track in plastic bag, 20pcs/40pcs as a bundle with woven outside, accessories in cartons. Yes we can pack the goods on your request.
Q4: What’s your MOQ? A4. Rods/ tracks: 3000 meter. Accessories: 5000pcs. For trial order, qty can be discussed and in lower MOQ.
